The Living Life Post Cancer Treatment program is a free in person program for adults who have completed treatment for any cancer diagnosis within the last two to three years. This nine week program covers the benefits of exercise, nutrition, emotional support and medical management, and will help you bridge the gap between cancer treatment and life after cancer. Each class offers 30 minutes of exercise, free lunch, and a presentation from experts. Pre-registration is required.  To register or to learn more about this program email colleen@cancerbridges.org or call (412)338-1919.  To learn more about cancer support visit www.cancerbrideges.org
