Presented by Michelle Kirk, Artist, Teacher of adult and children classes and Party Artist

Bring your own 'base' to do mosaics on (sturdy & strong - wood, stone, terra cotta, or large tile).   Some ideas of things you can mosaic on: 

* Wood tray

* Wood wall plaque

* Wood (flat) picture frame

* Terra Cotta pot

* Wood squares or rounds for coasters

* Wood shape for trivet or centerpiece

* 8 x 8 ceramic tile - could be trivet or centerpiece

* Cement Stepping stone - as seen in picture of the sunset mosaic attached

Glass mosaics are heavy and need a sturdy base.
