Presented by Maura Linehan, Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL)

Laughter Yoga was started by Dr. Madan Kataria in India in 1995. It combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing techniques (Pranayma) which brings more oxygen to our body and breaking making us feel more energetic and healthier.  Join Maura for a session at the Library!
