Toddle on over for a terrific Tuesday. Stories, songs, rhymes, and more comprise this thirty-minute early literacy class. An activity will follow each class and relate to the theme of the day. 

We will be showing the new blockbuster DVD release of the week on Tuesday mornings at 10:15 a.m. in the Fireplace Room.  Why wait to see what everyone is talking about now!

Based on a nationally-acclaimed early literacy program, this class builds reading readiness skills through stories, music, movement, and more. Don't miss this ever-popular class that promises fun for you and your little one. 

Focusing on a different letter of the alphabet each week, this early literacy class will help prepare preschoolers for kindergarten.

For ages 3-5 with a caregiver. No registration necessary.

Are you interested in antique and collectible clothing buttons?  This group meets for the promotion and preservation of this wonderful miniature art form.

Join Pittsburgh native and Halloween lover Lori D'Angelo as she reads from her debut collection of short stories, The Monsters Are Here.

Join us for many fun, hands-on, Halloween-themed stations that incorporate aspects of science, technology, engineering, and math. Stay for snacks in the courtyard while mingling with Library friends.

Hang out, meet other teens, enjoy a snack, and have some fun after school in the Teen Lounge on Thursdays. Activities will vary from week or week but will include crafts, card and board games, puzzles, and more.

Join us for food, music, and fun with our neighborhood social club, by teens, for teens! October's theme is the Sleepy Hollow Social.  Costumes optional! Feel free to bring in a board game or foods you like.

This club is for beginner chess players. Learn and practice the game. Chess is a great way to enhance creativity, improve concentration, develop critical thinking skills, boost memory retention, and achieve higher academic performance.

If you like to act or play pretend, this club is for you! Join us this fall for our weekly drama club. We'll perform a short play on the last day for our family and friends!

Knitters of all levels welcome. Bring your yarn and needles to knit, stitch, and talk.

Adult Group - NOT A CLASS

Join us for a night of family art using various techniques and leave with a masterpiece designed by your entire family. We will provide the supplies...your family provides the creativity and fun!
